You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors, including platform cooperation, jurisdictional considerations, and the nature of the infringement. We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Fees for our services are outlined in the service agreement between SealedMedia and the client. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time with reasonable notice to our clients.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SealedMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SealedMedia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
