  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SealedMedia has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at SealedMedia's sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. SealedMedia may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

As a professional anti-piracy enforcement company, SealedMedia acts on behalf of rights holders to identify, report, and execute takedown actions against unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content. All enforcement actions are conducted in strict compliance with the DMCA and applicable international intellectual property laws.

6. Good Faith

SealedMedia processes all DMCA notices and counter-notifications in good faith. We do not make legal determinations regarding the validity of claims but follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA. Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability.
